How We Do It
We offer free delivery within a 3-mile local radius. Beyond that our rates are on point with the market. If orders are placed before noon and we have the product available, they will ship the same day.
Our Substitution Policy
Everything You Need to Know
There are times when deadline meets commitment. In the event the product ordered is not available, we will substitute a like item of equal or greater value, staying within the theme ordered. Because fresh flowers are a daily fluctuating commodity, it is standard practice to come as close to the ordered arrangements as is possible.
